Digital REACH Initiative Strategic Plan 2019 – 2028

Abstract

The Digital Regional East African Community Health Initiative (Digital REACH Initiative) is the vision for realising the recommended priority. This strategic plan builds on the Digital REACH Initiative roadmap, which was approved by the Ministers of Health of the six Partner States, during the 15th Ordinary Meeting of the EAC Sectoral Council of Health from 13th - 17th November 2017, in Kampala, Uganda.
