Abstract

The jurisprudence on Community Law has steadily grown since the inception of the East African Court of Justice. The objective of the East African Court of Justice law report (EACJRL is to publicize the cases decided by the court in a user friendly manner. this volume contains cases decided by the Court from the very first ruling in 2005 to 2001. each case contain a summary together with a guide to the legal instruments and cases cited followed by a complete and unabridged ruling or judgement. However, the report does not include tall references filed during the reporting period
