Abstract

This manual provides a framework of systematic processes, procedures, rules and regulation within which management of research grants within the community shall be governed. The objective of the manual is to provide clear guidelines on research granting operations to ensure efficient and effective utilization of resources for successful implementation of research and development programs and projects. It also sets out the objectives, procedures, mechanisms, and systems for implementing, managing and reporting the progress of programs and project funded.
