The field study covered a huge area and has come up with a number of observations and several of these are linked. The results are summarized as follows: Indicators of consumption were identified and observations of activities that exploit and consume such resources were made and these also support the sharply growing wood utilization figures. While local fish processing uses a lot of wood, over time the amount of fish that is processed using this method has been declining due to the existence of fish factories and cold storage facilitiesen_US
