Abstract/Overview

The sensitization manual is specifically meant to sensitize East African non-state actors who are an important group in the integration process. Their role is clearly highlighted in Articles 127 to 129 of the Treaty for the Establishment of the East African Community. The sensitization manual’s objective is to create and enhance the participation on non-state actors in the process.
